This was the first time I have used this company, but everybody I spoke with was very friendly, professional, and answered all my questions. The service tech in the field was right on time, which is very important to me, and he got right to work cleaning and inspecting the fireplace. Pricing was fair, and I would call them again for my next fireplace.
