Called Safeway after a company I called from a coupon flyer told me my 12 year old house needed chimney reconstruction estimated at $5000. (I won’t identify that company but they are named after a brand of low priced whiskey). Dan from Safeway came out, cleaned chimney and said it was in fine shape, just normal wear and tear. It has been working great after five years. I had him replace the synthetic cap on top of the chimney, also looking great and a 10 year warranty. Don’t be fooled by chimney sweep companies that push unnecessary repairs, Go the Safe Way!
